Â鶹ÊÓƵ encourages its faculty and staff to participate in externally-funded grant and contract programs that reinforces and complements the mission of the College. The purpose of this policy on externally-funded grants and contracts is to describe the circumstances under which externally-funded grants and contracts will be accepted by the College and the approval process for obtaining and managing such grants and contracts.

The College will accept only grants and contracts that are consistent with the mission of the College and the bylaws and policies of the College’s Board of Trustees and are in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations. The College will not accept grants that may endanger its tax-exempt status or which personally benefit any College employee by individual commission or similar benefits related to the grant or contract.
