Members of the Board may be advisory members of the College curriculum committees or other committees composed of faculty and staff or the purpose of assisting the President in the administration of the affairs of the College, informing the Board of Trustees as to matters which will help it perform its duties and exercise its powers in ways deemed appropriate by the President and Board of Trustees.

Special Committees may be appointed by the Board Chairperson as the need arises. The actions of such committees shall be confined to the purpose(s) for which they are appointed. Special committees shall cease to exist upon completion of their assigned responsibilities.
