Funds derived from collection of a student activity fees will be accounted for and expended under standing procedures and regulations adopted by the Board of Trustees of the institution; however, any expenditure from the fund must be directly related to student activities.

Procedures:

(1) Request for expenditure of student activity fee funds must be approved by the Student Government Association and Advisor to SGA during a quorum meeting.

(2) Completed request form to the Business Office with appropriate signatures, which include President of SGA, Treasurer of SGA, Advisor of SGA, and Vice-President for Learning and Student Services.
