It is the policy of Â鶹ÊÓƵ to assign workload to staff that is appropriate and within acceptable levels commensurate with responsibility levels. The college will provide for appropriate compensation in instances where unusual circumstances necessitate loads to include additional teaching, assignments, and additional responsibilities that are excessive and have to be performed in additional to regular full time workload.
