For many of these graduates, the journey was both personal and professional.

“I pursued my degree to strengthen my skills as an educator and better prepare future EMS providers,” said Randy Edwards, Paramedic & EMT Instructor. “Staying current in evidence-based practice allows me to support students while improving the quality of care in our communities.”

Simulation Coordinator Kimberly Crawley said earning her degree was especially meaningful. “I completed my Master’s in Nursing Education while my husband completed his Master’s in Nurse Leadership. Supporting one another throughout the past two years made the experience incredibly rewarding, and I’m grateful to continue applying what I’ve learned to simulation-based student training at �鶹��Ƶ.”

Rachel Ray, Curriculum and Instructional Support Specialist, added, “Returning to school reminded me that growth doesn’t stop when you graduate. I’m proud to bring that mindset into my work supporting students and faculty every day.”

And Dr. Brandon Hensley noted that his doctoral work deepened his commitment to workforce education. “Our role is to prepare students to thrive in meaningful careers. Continuing my own education has strengthened my ability to help shape programs that meet both student and industry needs.”
