Policy

The rights of students with disabilities are protected under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504) and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).

It is Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s policy to ensure that no qualified student with a disability is denied the benefits or, exclude from participation in, or otherwise subjected to discrimination in any college program or activity.
