The North Carolina Information Highway (NCIH) room is an interactive audio/video classroom which is a member of the N.C. Information Technology Services (ITS) Office. Â鶹ÊÓƵ is a participant in the delivery / reception of electronic educational classes via the NCIH. The NCIH room and classes scheduled in that facility are the responsibility of the Director of Distance Education. The Director of Technology/Information Systems and subordinate staff provides backup assistance when needed. The NCIH Room utilizes Internet Protocol (IP) technology and incurs specific costs when it is in use. It is therefore necessary to implement a fair and equitable fee schedule to reimburse MTCC when the NCIH equipment and any support staff are utilized for any educational or training purpose.
